Important Trip Details
- You are required to make your own flight arrangements. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Orlando, Florida on December 9, 2024.
- You will be flying into MCO
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
Payment Plans
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
- Final payments will be due November 9, 2024.

- If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 30 days of your reservation. If not, your reservations will be adjusted to current occupancy and the price will change.
