Do I have to put money down to start a group?
No group contract and no group deposit. The only thing you book is your own spot, within 30 days of signing your host agreement. Once your group hits the free-room tier, your room is covered.
What if my group doesn’t fill?
No penalty. There’s no group contract, so you just earn the rewards for the rooms that did book.
Do guests get a discounted rate?
Not a special group rate. Guests book at current prices directly with me, and I connect every booking to your group so your rewards count. Prices and availability can change, so the earlier your group books, the better.
What if the resort sells out?
Inventory moves fast. Remaining guests can book a nearby resort, or we can move the whole group (which counts as a cancellation). That’s why we market early.
Do I need to know anything about travel?
Nope. You need people who like you and a reason to go. Everything travel-related is on me, and I’ll walk you through hosting before you leave.
How far ahead should we plan?
Ideally 9–12 months out. That gives your group time to save, request time off and book while rooms are available.
