Travel Planning Packages
General Vacation Inquiries
Research Fee: $50
Vacation inquiries for one destination with 5 people or less are subject to a research fee. Additional destination inquiries are assessed at $40 per destination thereafter. Vacation inquiry fees are non-refundable and will not be credited towards the cost of your trip.
Small Group Vacations
Research Fee: $55
We consider reservations of 6 people or more to be a small group. Groups of this size are not considered a “group” by most vacation vendors and will not benefit from group rates or concessions. Small group inquiries for one destination is subject to the research fee. Additional group destination inquiries are assessed at $45 per destination thereafter. Group destination research fees are non-refundable and will not be credited towards the cost of the group trip.
Large Group Vacations
Research Fee: $75
We consider reservations of 10 rooms or more to be a large group. Reservations of this size are recognized by most vendors as a “group” and may benefit from group rates and concessions. Large group inquiries for one destination is subject to the research fee. Additional group destination inquiries are assessed at $65 per destination thereafter. Group destination research fees are non-refundable and will not be credited towards the cost of the group trip.
